Programming, Preliminary Design, Design Development, Construction Drawing and Responding to building department reviews are an integral part of our services.
Project plans are reviewed by the client at each phase of the work and prior to proceeding to the next phase in the design process.
TEAM
The Urban Architect Team consist of the Architect, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineers.
These include Civil Engineer, Landscape Architect, Land Surveyor, Sub-soil Engineer and Special Consultants necessary to successfully complete the project in a professional manner.
